  • Handle with Care: We use furniture-specific couriers who understand how to move solid timber. Most large items (like beds and dining tables) are delivered via a Two-Person Service to ensure they reach your room of choice safely.
  • Assembly: Our bed designs utilize high-quality joinery for easy home assembly. If you require professional on-site assembly, please contact us for a quote prior to delivery.

4. Shipping Requirements

  • Access: Please ensure there is clear access to your property. Notify us of any stairs, narrow hallways, or apartment lift restrictions at the time of booking.
  • Receipt of Goods: An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. Please inspect your timber piece upon arrival.
